Product Replacement/Exchanges

If there are mistakes with your order, if you receive an item in error, or items arrive defective/damaged/misprinted at the time of receipt, we will make it right by issuing an equal item replacement. Please contact our office at (608) 222-8989 or info@aamadisonwi.org. Replacement requests must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in the original condition you received them. We DO NOT replace items that you personally damaged or lost. Any other circumstances will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges by Mail

We require proof of purchase to honor an exchange. Simply email us at info@aamadisonwi.org or call (608) 222-8989 and tell us what happened. Be sure to include your invoice from your original purchase and a photo of the issue. Also include your return address and any additional instructions.

Refund details

We will notify you when replacement items have been shipped. Allow up to two weeks to receive your exchange from the time we receive your package.
